What kind of goods can be returned/replaced?

  • Incase of leakage in the product 
  • If the product has expired
  • If wrong product has been delivered
  • If the product was damaged during delivery

How does the returns work?

Step 1:  Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from date of delivery if your product has issues listed above! For return requests

Step 2 – Give us 3-4 working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, depending on your payment method used.

Step 4– After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

How does the refund policy work?


Prepaid Orders– Money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days. 

Cash on Delivery   Customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

Step 2: We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Please Note: If the product has been opened and used, the product fails to entail in the return policy. Please make sure the labels are intact and the proper images are taken of the damaged product.


Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we have extended our return policy to 45 days for all unused and unopened goods. We are taking extra measures to ensure the safely of our staff and our operations during this time This is to ensure that your orders are still shipped and are process can continue. Although we are dispatching as normal, we have been informed of longer delivery times as all courier networks are working with reduced staff and this is having a knock on effect on delivery times. We would please kindly ask our customers to be patient and kind. Please rest assured we will be keeping an eye on every order and will ensure you will receive your order in due course.

We can sometimes take 1-3 days to ship your items out in busy times and we do not work weekends.


For India Orders: We ship products throughout India at free of cost.

For International Orders: Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we aren’t shipping world wide.
